First version without the Beta status
although this version has undergone quite a number of improvements, changes and bug fixes, for the regular user there is little change in the use of the program.

This version introduces a more normal installation by means of a te Microsoft Installer Package .msi, where the executable will be placed in the regular program files folder. See updated 'to install' in the general section down below.

New entries in the config file:
Extended Retry settings; time-out, channel-delay, index-delay and show-delay
Possibility to disable the skip function
New timeoffset channels in the channel list
Altough older versions of the config file will still work, it is recommended to use the new one.
Copy your channel list to it and adapt the other setting to your requirements.
