tv.com new vs rerun

I've been using WebGrab++ on a Windows 10 machine with the tv.com.ini for a few months and have found it be very stable and extremely useful.  The one improvment I would like to see is a way of distinguishing new shows vs reruns.  The tv.com website appears to mark new shows with a big "NEW" picture, so it seems possible at least that this could be gleaned from the downloaded data.

While I am a noob when it comes to EPG grabbing, I do have some programming experience.  I know this might be the right forum for this, but if there's a syntax guide or something out there for these .ini files, I'd be interested in digging in and trying to figure this out myself.  Obviously, please point out if it's a well known language that I'm just not familiar with and I'll forever leave these forums in shame.
