Need some help here. Trying to generate EPG from tv.com.
Most likely I don’t understrand the instruction.
Here are the steps taken:
1. Completed the OS-x installation

2. Path chosen is /Users/Dean/Dropbox/WG++
2. Downloaded the latest Site.Ini folders
3. Copied the tv.com.ini to the folders defined in item 2.
4. Open the tv.com.ini file to check the cookie file name = site {loadcookie=tv.com.cookies.txt
4. Open up the ‘tv.com_instructions.txt”
5. Configured the chrome
6. visited http://www.tv.com/listings/ and performed the necessary edit
7. Clicked the "cookie.txt export" button
8. Copied the content and paste into a text file and named is tv.com.cookies.txt and saved it at the path chosen. File attached
9. Look at the the file ‘tv.com_instructions.txt” but unsure of what Step 5 means “Open tv.com.ini . Near the bottom is the section that creates channelist files. Enable the lines there by removing the first *”. File attached.
10. Configure the WebGrab config xml file. As attached.
11. Open up Terminal
12. Changed to the defined path
13. Execute the following command
mono WebGrab+Plus.exe “/Users/Dean/Dropbox/WG++”
14. Only managed to get the EPG for the 1st channel list

hello im new to this , so not much help im afraid but ive been trying to grab the TV listing to but when i get to the site its says its down on the listing page maybe that is your problem but if you do get it sorted would you kindly give me the files so i could drop them in my folder as i dont really know what im doing and altering the ini file i dont follow it .. lol

Will do once I get it to work.
Tv.com and yo.tv are both down. If the site is down you wont be able to scrape anything till the site is back up.
thanks for the reply dean , i just looked at the webgrab+xml you uploaded it should look like mine , you should paste the USA channels you got in the same file for EPG's into the webgrab+xml but its still not retreveing new data just channel id's

tv listing site is back up now , all you need to do is drop my WebGrab.config file into your folder and use the rest of your files you already have and it will pull the epg's , im doing it as we speak
is it possible to get an update from the cookies file, i want to use these epg channels and i get error that the cookie is outdated.
i hope someone can help me for usa channels epg ;)
