Help with cleanup joining words together

Hello,
first time trying to modify a site ini... The guidatv.sky.it.ini doesn't give me description so I read (most of) the manual and I'm giving it a try to modify it. I'm making good progress, but I have a question on cleanup.
This is a description before cleanup:

and this is after I add the command description.modify {cleanup}:

Basically the second word (DONNE) gets joined with the third word (Dal).

Any suggestions on how to preserve a space between these two words?

Thanks!

you can try the function replace: description.modify {replace|</i>| } (or index_description) before cleanup tags line. This way only only the will be replaced with a space, then tags will be cleanup and you should end up with PICCOLE DONNE Dal celebre
More nice look {replace|</i>| - } result: PICCOLE DONNE - Dal celebre
ps
use <mode>m,n</mode> to remove (n) at the end
