Im' pretty much new to make ini's and still learning a lot, but i think we should all respect the author's work, whoever he is. We all know that there are different ways to make a ini or reach a scope, I might use "regex" and not "multi" or use digits in start_time \d{ 2} and someone  (.*?) or stuff like that.       As well who modify/update may not be aware why the author made it that way.

I think the collaborative way should not end up in someone changing ini regardless of the work done by the author.

Therefore would be good to have a small regulation on this, not to complicate things but to also to share ideas and improve knowledge of webgrab.

What is your opinion?
