I would like to know if it´s possible create site.ini for this website:

My intention was, if it´s possible, to have the name of the program as title and the presenter as subtitle. Example:

Because I´m good searching in the source code of the web pages the elements to be scrubbed but I´m not good working with the regex to scrub the data in the site.ini.
I´ve readed several times the documentation but it´s still not clear for me.
I have two or three sites similar to this... maybe if you create this site.ini I could figured out how to create the rest of them and start to create the site.ini´s by my self... But I can´t promise you nothing... :-(
