Newbie.. Kodi on AppleTV 1st && Firetv Stick - Pvr Simple Client ??

Ok, I'm running Kodi on AppleTV 1st gen and Amazon FireTV Stick and recently subscribed to iptv providers

who don't provide epg guides or at least not for USA channels and that is why I'm here...

I wanted some kind of support and stablility which is why I decided to go with paid iptv service...

I'm using Pvr Simple Client on Kodi and don't see a setup guide for it on this site...

I have a m3u file from my provider with a list of channels.

I'm in the USA on the east coast and am only interested in American or USA

channels for now due to speed of the boxes that Im running Kodi on, and will add more channels later...

I just downloaded and installed the latest WebGrab...

Is this all command line execution since I don't see a gui of any kind when I click the installed program application ?

how do I get started here, directions are a little vague sorry....since I'm used to seeing a gui interface...

In the meantime I will be reading thru the directions again to see if i can make some sense of this...

Any help or directions to the appropriate links would be appreciated

 thanks...

Ok, I read thru the "Documentation" section and went thru the "QuickStart" section and now creating the "Guide.xml" file....

The webgrabber saids its updating 900+ channels from the internet and I'm waiting to see how this goes...

How do I keep this updated in my AppleTV and FireTV Stick ?

This looks like a very long update process so far...

Is there an auto-update for the webgrabber or do I have to repeat this every week or so to update my guide ?

thanks..

Ok, got my guide completed and setup but no epg ?   What am I missing here ?

I read somewhere that the channel names have to match but I have no idea where my iptv provider gets their channel lineup from

so I don't know how to retrieve the appropriate list of channels from "tv.com" to match ?

Any ideas ?    I've come this far just to hit a glitch like this....

thanks...

Kodi is an amazing service and being able to enjoy it on your Apple TV makes it even better.

Yes! No Doubt kodi is an outstanding service to stream movies and tv shows. but from past 2 months, I am getting kodi pairing error(http://blogapper.com/fix-vshare-eu-pair-streaming-pairing/) when i try to watch any videos. this error is very annoying.
