WG++ v5.5 Config Help

Hello Anyone..!  First time posting here:

Does anyone know where there is up-to-date documentation for version 5.5 ?  Seems everything I find is for older versions and nothing for current version which is very different from previous versions.

My specific problem:

The ConfigMaker folder has all the resources to create Configuration files, Output files, Siteini resources, et tal.  At the same time... all these resources and functions are available on the WebGrab+Plus installation folder as well.

Every tutorial I can locate does NOT indicate if they are referring to the the WebGrab+Plus configuration folder for setup or the ConfigMaker configuration folder for setup.  And all tutorials seem to do things differently and the formats of the WebGrab++.config.xml file are also different so that they are very confusing on how to set up any WebGrab++.config.xml file.

I hope all this babbling makes sense and someone can reach out to me with some direction/help.  Mucho Thanks...frown

As you said things changed and they are different. A more recent tool is webgrab control here: https://github.com/SilentButeo2/webgrabplus-siteinipack/tree/master/User...

Don't know your specific needs but would start simply using webgrab

Thank you for you quick response.  Went to link suggested and downloaded all to start over with more up-to-date resources I guess.  My original problem was that all the processes in the WebGrab++ installation folder for creating an EPG file also appeared (duplicated) in the ConfigMaker folder.  Because of this duplication I could not tell which one to use to work with to create an EPG file.  Makes sense..?  Sounds confusing I agree... yes Thanks again.

Well wg++ looks in both siteini.user and siteini.pack, if it finds same version it reports duplicate
