1. what computer do you have windows or linux ?
for both you have an install package. Once you do that you add your licenses data, an example is here for webgrab config:

So in the same file WebGrab++.config.xml you add license and lines for the channel you want epg. Then run the program and it will produce a guide.xml with epg
i do, there is any video or something? i belive in video it will be much easier to do something like that

Did you install the program? Then edit as per example. If you tell me what channels you want i can send a config that works
when i try to run the softwaare it doesn't open it at all, like open and right away it closed
what OS are you using?
basic steps.
1. install webgrab(see documentation tab)
2. install dotnet,version required depends on webgrab version you install.
i recommend V5.4, download link is on the homepage tab.
it requires dotnet 9
google install dotnet for whatever your OS.
you should find a link to the microsoft site with installation instructions.
note: you do not need the dotnet sdk or asp.net packages.
all you need is the net runtime.
this is because you do not have dotnet installed.
V5.4 ==> dotnet 9
V5.3.x => dotnet 8
how do i know which version i have ? and how i make licensce for the prorgam?
what version did you install and whats your OS?
for your license info scroll to the bottom of the page and in the bottom right click on myaccount.
you will see your license passcode(this is your password).username is your forums username.
Windows 10* 64-bit and webgraph 5.3
open a cmd prompt(not powershell)
run..
"C:\Program Files (x86)\WebGrab+Plus\bin\WebGrab+Plus.exe" C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\WebGrab+Plus
replace [username] with your pc username.
webgrab will error and stop but the window will stay open.
you should see a message and what dotnet version its looking for.
edit:
sorry, i made a typo above
make sure C:\Program Files (x86)\WebGrab+Plus\bin\WebGrab+Plus.exe is on qoutes.
this is need because of spaces in the directory path.
fixed above.
where do i put the license? now it's running but i think i need put license
V5.3 you need dotnet 8

it goes in your WebGrab+Plus.config.xml
its located in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\WebGrab+Plus
it is still not working
sorry the license is working, now it is saying the dummy ini file not found, i have a file of yes.ini inside
is the window opening and closing like you said above.
upload your webgrab log file.
its in the same directory as your webgrab.config.xml

open a channels.xml file and add a channel line to your webgrab config file to test.
replace/delete the existing <channel....</channel> line
save and then run webgrab.
dont post your personal info on the forums
passcode=password
passcode is the one you see when you look in your forum account details.
dont use your forums login password.

the siteini.pack/Israel directory should be in the same place.
looking at your log above it is here...where it should be.

delete your webgrab license log.
it contains your personal info.

where did the yes.co.il files come from?
and again did you run the siteinipackupdate.exe as i said above.
i download the yes.co.il, i can delte that if needed, the user folder was already there and i install the update like you say to me
so you now have a siteini.pack folder?
if so remove the yes.co.il files
edit your webgrab config file
add your username and passcode(password)
pay attention to the end of the of the license line and make sure the >f< is there.
add a channel line to test,i assume you want yes.co.il
run webgrab
check your license log,if it says registered_user remove the >f< in your license line so its ><
see screenshot.

your forums info and your webgrab info is not the same.

Hey BB. Can I suggest you update the info on the download page for v5.5, and change the dot net requirement to v9.0?
