update request elmundo.es.ini and plus.es.ini

Hello, "elmundo.es.ini", it does not work and "plus.es.ini", has channels like "la ligaTV", which does not work epg,is in the url " http://www.movistarplus.es/guiamovil/LIGBAR"

you can use site_id="LIGBAR" with movistar.es

first thing u shud do is generate new channel xml file.
if u did this u will see the channel u want isnt there.
just because its in ur current list dont mean nothin,always create a new one when in doubt.
