Time parsing error in latest OSN.com.ini

The new OSN.com.ini gives me the following error:

[  Error ] time parsing error : String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.
[  Error ] startdatetime time scrubbed : 10/24/2015 1:48:00 AM
[  Error ] computer date/time format: 24/10/15 17:02:35
[  Error ] execution stopped

Seems the site and the ini file are following the US date and time formats while I use the GB format. This makes it to get that error and stop.

How can I change that ?
