Strange timeout grabbing icons

To have my personal icons on the channels "+1" I need 2 rounds of grab.

The first one is from the sky.it website and everything run well.

The second is running reading the file guide.xml using the merge-xmltv.ini without merge nothing, just adding the icons. The procedure is running well but is really slow in a strange way.

Just for example :

(  11/203  ) MERGE-XMLTV-LOGO -- chan. (xmltv_id=Fox Life HD PIU1) -- mode Force
iinnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
0.00 sec/update
Summary for update of       Fox Life HD PIU1
     missing shows added       0
     changed shows updated     0
     new shows added           63
     unchanged shows inspected 0
     total after update        63

elapstime / updated show  0.00 seconds

By the report on the monitor the procedure need 0.00 seconds but the real fact, every channer load istantly the 2 days "ii", wait around 5 - 8 seconds, and after load istantly the data  "nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn".

The real timing is 5 - 8 seconds every channel, is really strange need be really faster than grab from the website.

My configuration about the timeout is like this:

<retry time-out="3" channel-delay="0" index-delay="0" show-delay="0">6</retry>

Where is my error? I can't understand.

In my mind is really strange I need 20 minutes to grab from one website and 1.5 hours from one local file :(

Don't worry, I used simple scripting from shell linux to fix my troubles.
But I like if you are more clear about my profit about Webgrab, because I never had it, but you look so sure to make me guilty about.
You never answered at my private messages so I want ask here.
If someone else gave me 1 cent about use EPG or my job about is welcome to write about.

I want excuse my self if this post in not about the use of Webgrab, but I didn't find another one way to comunicate with Blackbear199.
