Hi Everyone,
I run MediaPortal and have always used Webgrab+ in the UK on the Radio Times site that is now finished
I swappped over to UK sky.com but was not getting any descriptions so instead of leaving it alone I fiddled and upgraded Webgrab and downloaded the latest .ini.
I now have all the stuff I wanted except I have the 1 hour error.
Tried the WG Patch but I obviously cannot get my head around how to use it and it did not work
I am not that bothered about the EPG descriptions so please can someone tell me how to rewind to the working EPG?
Do I need to roll back Webgrab or just the ,ini?
If it's just the .ini I wonder if anyone knows which old UK sky.ini version works OK because like an idiot I deleted the old files

Apologies for my confusing post
In the post I was referring to WG2MP as the WG patch I tried without success
I downloaded the WG2MP patch because I only used the Upgrade patch on WebGrab

I got confused with having to edit the batch file with different input / output filenames, where to put the filenames in the batch file and why there appears to be filenames (guide.xml & wg2mp.xml already written?)
I left it as it was and reconfigured the Mediaportal xmltv plugin to look for wg2mp.xml but to no effect
That is why I am thinking it's easier for me just to roll back to the old WG that works OK with MediaPortal
I am very happy to use the old UK sky.com .ini if you know where I can download one the working version

Found an old uk sky.ini from V1.1.1 and it seems this works OK with thelatest Webgrab+
All back to normal and working OK
Lesson learnt and I will NOT be fiddling with things I do not understand in the future!
