My license is not recognized as a valid licese

I followed the instructions.
At the first run license was recognized but never again.
Now the WGLicense.log.txt reports:

[ ] WebGrab++ license request and update log
[ ] 2020/04/09 15:29
[ Info ] License check disabled by WG admin
[ Info ] The program will run with performance settings : "classic"

If I set the debug to on (SiteIni_...) it is not recognized as a valid option.

I am forced to debug with previous version which is working pretty good.

I know that.
I requested and received a license code with instructions in how to set debug mode in Config file;
I donated;

If I set debug as instructed I give an error back while if I set nothing the license is not recognized.

Is there any step I have to perform to make it working?

if I set SiteIni_debug=”on” as instructed I receive:

[Error ] WG.Common.InvalidConfigException: [Error ] Corrupt config file[Error ] '”' is an unexpected token. The expected token is '"' or '''. Line 68, position 24.

If I delete the line grab works but

I checked license and at the moment authors have only authorized developers to debug with V3 (decision on license settings are being discussed) so you have to wait. Alternative if you want to debug you need to use old version 2.1.11

only developers have debug.
donators have none(or any other level,only developer have debug ability)
edit:

I think is better I use previous release to develop.

If you like and also to avoid confusions, you can push them to https://github.com/SilentButeo2/webgrabplus-siteinipack after quick check they are made available to all.
