horizon.tv.EK.ini: grabbing of epg images stopped, though are on the website

Would it be be possible to have a look why grabbing of epg images from horizon.tv stopped?
I checked the CH and NL variant and the EPG images are still on the web pages and I can download them with 'wget'
Using the latest horizon.tv.EK.channels.xml

I estimate it started 3 to 4 weeks ago.

Running 3.1.6.1, but also with older versions the epg images are missing
