Hardware mismatch

Hello,

I searched the forums and i think only the creators can help me.
I have run since sptember of last year, webgrabplus on a synology nas using a docker. It worked like a charm.
My license is valid till sptmber of this year, but today i had a blank guide. Logs show a Hardware mismatch

[ ] WebGrab++ license request and update log
[ ] 2023/05/15 17:43
[ Info ] Program update available !! - Version 3.3.0 @
http://www.webgrabplus.com/download/sw/v3.3.0
[ ]
[ Info ] License request/update
[ Info ] Username 'janvk82'
[Error ] Hardware mismatch, the maximum of 2 computer hardware_id's is already registered
[ ]
[Warning ] The program cannot run right now on this computer,
[Warning ] but it's hardware_id will be ADDED and ready to use after 2023/05/16 05:43 ,
[Warning ] and it will REPLACE one of the previously registered computers as soon as you run on the ONE YOU WANT TO KEEP !!
[ Info ] License status : 'False'
[ Info ] Next update, first run after : 2023/05/22 17:43
[Warning ] License has expired !
[ Info ] The program will run with performance settings : 'donator_license'

What can i do to fix it now ? ANd what ca i do to prevent future issue's ?

Thanks

Thanks that worked. But i got the following issue. It scanned for show but not a single channel was updated. I ran it on a Synology through docker. Afte fiddling it did nothing so i decided to go back to normal install on synology through SSH acces and putty. I have mono version V6.12.0.182. It is DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 5 on a DS720+. After install of version 3.3 of WebGrab i keep getting this error:

WebGrab+Plus/w MDB & REX Postprocess -- version V3.3.0.0

when you get this error it could be 3 things:
1. A wrong siteini element (we should check siteini, but if it's from siteini.pack has been checked)
2. A dns issue (seems ok for you)
3. A certificate issue on docker (did you run certutil on docker? there are few post from BlackBear199 that helps)

I checked and is the first, so please wait we fix it.

With the hardware mismatch i was on docker. After the docker doesn't seem to run. I installed webgrab using your documentation on a synolgy not using docker.
Then this error appeared. So i don't think the certificate is the issue or is it still when i am not using docker ?

It is a clean install (i have deleted it all and reinstalled again) so only changes are on webconfig 2 channels and my license line. Then i get this error. Attached both logs. I also tryed the download sitepack again from website and deleted the one from install and copied that one but still the same. I attached the sitepack ini version also. What else can i do from a clean install

for siteini I checked and is the first, so please wait we fix it.

for docker, everytime you start it creates multiple mac address, you need to set a fixed mac address, so it doesn't change in the license, please search the forum or google for docker fixed id

I replaced the complete folder Siteini.pack with a new downloaded one (2023.05.25_220700 but still the same error.
Also my WGLicense.log is only 2 lines :
[ ] WebGrab++ license request and update log
[ ] 2023/05/27 11:59

What else can I do ? I am not using docker any more only direct ssh access on a synology Nas, through Putty

Please post WebGrab++.log.txt and WGLicense.log.txt.
Have you tried to run force license update ?
It looks like you are not accessing webgrab:
Last access 21/05/2023 22:56
Primary hardware_id none
Secondary hardware_id none

Hereby the 2 logs, seems like it.
It doesn't matter if i do a license update force. Results are exactly the same

set you dns to 8.8.8.8
It looks like is not reaching the webgrab license checker. Do you have mono installed ?

I did a clean install on, let it run without changing the webgrab_config.xml
Still same error.

Did a new istall on a completely different synology Nas exactly the same error. Could it be that DS 7.1.1-42962 Update 5 is killing it both are on this version

Like i said on synology nas could be either a dns problem or a certificate issue.
