Error after updating site pack

I am in Vietnam. Why when I update sitepack it can't be used anymore. It gives the following error:

HTV.COM.VN -- chan. (xmltv_id=HTV7) -- skipped --> encrypted SiteIni
KPLUS.VN -- chan. (xmltv_id=K+KIDS HD) -- skipped --> encrypted SiteIni

Please help me!
